BALANCES AND PAYMENTS

Prices are for 10-day rentals or per dump.

10-day roll-off dumpster rental includes pick-up, delivery, and dump fees up to 2 tons (4,000 pounds). Dumpster measurements – 15 yards and approximately 7’ x 4’ x 14’. Client may request the dumpster to be picked up prior to the end of the 10-day period or extend a rental. The cost to extend is $80.00 for each additional day. To extend please call (775) 204-8299. The client understands that at the end of the rental period, the dumpster may be removed from the property without consent if not extended by the client. Customer MUST notify Nevada Dumpsters and Demolition of swaps, deliveries, and pick-ups.

 

LATE PAYMENT POLICY

All invoices are due upon receipt. Any invoices that are not paid in full within 15 days of receipt, after 15 days, will incur a 5% monthly service charge on the outstanding balance until paid in full. After 30 days, any overdue and unpaid balance will be sent to collections and will incur additional service charges, collection fees, and legal fees as permitted by law. Client hereby agrees to pay all such service charges, collection fees and attorney fees incurred by Nevada Dumpsters and Demolition LLC in connection with any collection efforts. Nevada Dumpsters and Demolition LLC also reserve the right to file a lien against the serviced property for the unpaid balance as permitted by law.

 

ADDITIONAL FEES AND CHARGES

  1. $150.00/ton Excess weight fee for loads greater than 2 tons. THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF THE DUMPSTER IS 2.5 TONS (5,000 POUNDS). Clients may cover the dumpster with a tarp to avoid weight overage caused by rain, snow, or ice. The Client is responsible for the contents of the dumpster and the associated risk for illegal dumping. OVERWEIGHT BOXES are taken very seriously. Nevada Highway Patrol fines are per pound over the vehicle’s GVW and can be in thousands of dollars! If for any reason Nevada Dumpsters and Demolition drivers incur a ticket that cost WILL BE passed along to the customer. If dumpster becomes too stuffed and the load gets stuck (wet concrete, oversized items, etc.) and Nevada Dumpsters and Demolition is unable to dislodge items and must use heavy equipment, the minimum charge is $500 for downtime and equipment.
  2. $250.00 Cancellation fee for all orders canceled prior to 24 hours of the scheduled delivery. All cancellations must be made within normal business hours (M-F 8:00am-5:00pm).
  3. $250.00 For a dry run attempt, failed delivery, or pick-up attempt. Clients are responsible for making the property accessible for delivery of the dumpster. If the driver cannot deliver or pick up the dumpster due to non-payment, unsigned contract, permit issues, low hanging branches, low laying power lines, locked gates, parked vehicles, fenced animals, wet grass or any other financial or physical obstruction, then the $250 fee will be charged. NO parking in front of containers.
  4. $350.00 Relocation fee will accrue if after initial delivery the Client decides to have Nevada Dumpsters and Demolition LLC relocate the dumpster. (10-day time period does not restart).
  5. $350.00 If the Client moves the dumpster without the consent of Nevada Dumpsters and Demolition LLC. This fee is in addition to any other expenses incurred by Nevada Dumpsters and Demolition LLC to retrieve the dumpster from any other location. Do not move container unless approved by Nevada Dumpsters and Demolition Office Manager.
  6. Any waiting time or rearranging of load time incurred by the driver will be charged to the customer at a rate of $50 per 20 minutes.

 

PROHIBITED MATERIALS

Disposal of closed drums, tanks, cans, or any other closed containers capable of carrying liquid, medical waste, animal carcasses, asbestos, tires (unless approved – see below), solvents, liquids, batteries, concrete, rock, brick, dirt or appliances is prohibited. If prohibited material is observed upon pick-up, a failed pick-up fee will be charged, and the Client must remove prohibited materials.

Tires:

  • Allowed at $35 per tire
  • $50 per tire mounted on rim
  • All tires must be loaded on top of load

 

USE AND LOADING REQUIREMENTS

  • Do not use heavy equipment to pack down or compact waste.
  • Distribute weight evenly inside the container.
  • Respect all fill lines (the fill line is the top rail of the dumpster).
  • Loads over the fill line may result in additional fees or refusal of service.
  • No parking in front of dumpster at any time.
  • If using a loader, be aware that additional dirt may significantly increase load weight.
  • Be aware of any sharp objects that may protrude and damage tarp.

 

DRIVEWAY AND PROPERTY PROTECTION

For driveways with pavers or decorative/ornamental concrete, the client must provide 3/2” plywood consisting of:

  • Two (2) sheets cut to 8’ x 18’
  • Two (2) strips cut to 2’ x2’

Plywood must be placed under the dumpster prior to delivery. Nevada Dumpsters and Demolition LLC are not responsible for driveway damage.

 

DAMAGE POLICY

Nevada Dumpsters and Demolition LLC will not be held responsible for any damage to your property, neighboring properties, or susceptible objects. This includes, but is not limited to: Lawns, sidewalks, curbs, fences, pavement, driveways, pavers, septic, irrigation, mailboxes, basketball hoops, and underground utilities. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure your property is capable and sufficient for the dimensions and weight of the dumpster and truck. It is the Client’s responsibility to disclose any susceptible objects to Nevada Dumpsters and Demolition LLC in writing prior to the delivery time. The Client will be responsible for any damage to the dumpster, excluding minor paint scratches. Any holes or dents found will be fixed at the Client’s expense. Any damage done to the container will be repaired and charged to the customer.

 

GENERAL TERMS

Prices, policies, and fees are subject to change at any time. Clients are responsible for reviewing all current policies and contacting the office with any questions prior to service. Nevada Dumpsters and Demolition LLC reserve the right to refuse loads, require corrective action at the Client’s expense, or dump the load on-site if necessary.
